Problem Statement

Write a 1500-word essay addressing each of the following points. Be sure to completely address each bullet point. Separate each section in your paper with a clear heading that allows your professor to know which bullet you are addressing in that section of your paper. Support your ideas with at least four (4) sources in your essay. Make sure to reference the citations using the APA writing style for the essay. The cover page and reference page do not count toward the minimum word amount. Review the rubric criteria for this assignment.

This week you will develop a problem statement about the Healthcare issue identified at your practicum site. A problem statement is a concise description of an issue to be addressed or a condition to be improved upon.

· Your problem statement will identify the gap between the current state and desired state after the implementation of the evidence into practice.

· Provide any reports or currently available data to document the need identified by your practicum site.

· You will peruse the literature to examine how a similar problem has been addressed.

· Provide at least four (4) references ( within the past five years, 2020-2025) to support a proposed evidence-based intervention.

1. Study the required chapter(s) of the textbook and any additional recommended resources. Some answers may require you to do additional research on the Internet or in other reference sources. Choose your sources carefully.
